Jan, 09 2019Jo Nunez2I give 2 stars because I really like my dr. However if you get sick quickly and need to see your Dr same day, forget it. The phone system sucks and the people who answer do not care. I sent an email last night and tried to call at 8 am. I sat on the phone til I couldn't anymore. At least an hour. Then at 12:30 I tried again. Sat on hold for 20 minutes to be told they can't help. Such a shame. Too big for their own good.
